Premium Membership into IAN includes the following benefits and services:
 
  •   24 hours a day/7 days a week you will have access to the top professionals in town for nearly any type of home service.

  •   You can contact us day or night by Phone, Fax or Internet and a project coordinator will assist you with any request you may have such as:

               ~ Scheduling emergency services for plumbing, electrical, handyman, or security services, and/or most other type of home related services~

 

  • Answer or research any questions you have pertaining to buying, selling, renting, financing or maintaining properties

 

  • Calling contractors to get pricing before you get an estimate on home related services

 

  • Upgrade your membership to the next level to increase discounts and project coordinator support.  <We will apply your current membership fee towards your upgrade>

 

  • IAN standard members also receive a $1000 Security Guarantee if either of our service professionals are unable to finish a contract we will reimburse you any out of pocket expenses.
 
  • Project Coordinators- You will be assigned a project coordinator that will assist you in all matters related to your properties.  Premium members receive 5 consultations per year for up to 2 hours within a 15 mile radius to assist in various activities: (finding a realtor, inspecting properties, checking in renters, meeting contractors, discussing plans and goals, corporate rentals, assisting in setting up corporations, payment assistance, most reasonable requests that deal with property)
 
~ Additional appointments can be arranged at a fee of $80 per appointment.
 
  • Investment Coordinators- As an IAN Premium service member you will have exclusive access to an IAN investment consultant.  Your Investment Coordinator will investigate any matters related to real estate financing and know your plans and goals to assist you whenever you would like to invest.
 
~Investment Coordinators will:
  ~ Have a file on your situation to know what types of financing you qualify for or what type would be most beneficial for you.
 
  ~ Have your complete investment strategy in mind and by helping you connect with accounting services, incorporation, credit restore and repair, title service, property analysis, corporate rental, mortgage services, legal services, background checks, research and development, contract negotiations, referral consultant, real estate investment schools/programs and more.
 
  • Discounts- Premium membership allows us to negotiate even further discounts with our professionals.
